2. NATURE OF SERVICES; NO INVESTMENT OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

LSM is a physical precious metals dealer. Nothing contained on this Site constitutes:

All product descriptions, pricing information, and market commentary are provided for informational purposes only.

Precious metals markets are inherently volatile. Prices can fluctuate materially within seconds due to global economic conditions, geopolitical developments, liquidity shifts, exchange activity, and supply-demand dynamics.

You acknowledge and accept that:

Market values may rise or fall after purchase.
LSM makes no representation regarding future value or resale opportunity.

5. PRICING; LSM DAILY SPOT; ORDER REVIEW; FINALITY

5.1 The LSM Daily Spot Pricing Standard

LSM utilizes a proprietary internal pricing benchmark known as the “LSM Daily Spot.”

The LSM Daily Spot:

Is generated using LSM’s proprietary algorithmic pricing model.
Is reviewed and monitored by LSM’s internal market team.
Incorporates global spot market data, liquidity conditions, hedging costs, sourcing spreads, volatility measures, and operational risk considerations.
May differ from publicly displayed commodity exchange spot prices.

All website prices are intended to reflect the LSM Daily Spot at the precise time of checkout submission, plus any applicable premiums, fees, taxes, shipping, and insurance.

5.2 Mandatory Order Processing Review

All online orders are subject to internal processing review prior to final approval.

The standard procedure is:

Customer submits order and completes checkout.
LSM processing department verifies pricing alignment with the LSM Daily Spot at time of submission.
If alignment is confirmed and no malicious interference or fraud is detected, the order is automatically approved and processed.

An automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt only and does not independently constitute acceptance.

Approval is routine and administrative where pricing integrity is intact.

5.3 Binding Customer Commitment; No Cancellation Rights

All purchases are final and legally binding on the customer immediately upon order submission.

Customers expressly waive any right to:

Cancel
Withdraw
Reverse
Rescind
Modify

an order after checkout.

Market price movement following checkout does not create cancellation rights.

This no-cancellation structure reflects the volatility of precious metals markets and the operational hedging activities associated with order intake.

5.4 Website Malfunctions; Exploits; Pricing Integrity

LSM reserves the right to reject, void, or cancel an order exclusively where:

Pricing anomalies caused by malicious or technological interference do not create enforceable contractual obligations.

If an order is rejected for these reasons, LSM’s sole obligation is to void or refund captured funds.

6. PAYMENT TERMS; AUTHORIZATION; FRAUD PREVENTION

You authorize LSM and its designated processors to:

Obtain payment authorizations;
Capture funds;
Perform fraud detection screening;
Conduct identity verification checks;
Delay shipment pending verification.

Chargebacks, reversals, or unauthorized disputes may result in:

Account suspension;
Referral to collections;

7. SHIPPING; INSURANCE; DELIVERY; RISK ALLOCATION

7.1 Insurance Coverage Structure

LSM will divide shipments into multiple insured packages.

7.2 Delivery Requirements

7.3 Risk of Loss

8. NO RETURNS; BUYBACK POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to volatility and authenticity risk, LSM does not accept returns under any circumstances.

8.2 Buybacks by Separate Arrangement

LSM may, at its sole discretion, offer buybacks through direct communication or in-person transactions only.

No buyback functionality exists on this Site.

(B) $100.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify LSM and its affiliates against claims arising from:

15. FORCE MAJEURE; MARKET DISRUPTION

16. GOVERNING LAW
